01 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means the personal player profile registered with merah44. “Player”, “you”, and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the services. “Platform”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to merah44 and its operational services. “Funds” means the cleared balance recorded in an account. “Bonus” includes any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, rebate, odds boost, or other incentive made available by merah44.
“Bet” or “wager” means any stake placed on a sports market, casino game, live dealer table, slot, poker product, lottery event, or other gaming product. “KYC” means the identity and account verification process used to support security, anti-fraud controls, payment validation, and regulatory obligations.
02 Account Eligibility
To create or use a merah44 account, you must be at least 21 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract, and permitted to access gambling services under the laws applicable to you. You must register in your own name and provide complete, current, and accurate information.
- You may maintain only one account unless merah44 gives written approval otherwise.
- You must not create an account for another person or permit another person to use yours.
- You must not register using false details, a disposable identity, or another person’s Malaysian IC, passport, email address, mobile number, bank account, or e-wallet.
- You must update your details promptly if your address, contact information, or payment information changes.
- Employees, contractors, and other restricted persons may not participate where a conflict of interest exists.
Merah44 may decline an application, suspend access, request further documents, or close an account where eligibility cannot be established. Any attempt by an underage person to use the platform is a serious breach of these conditions.
03 Account Security and Verification
You are responsible for protecting your username, password, verification codes, and device access. Credentials must not be shared with relatives, friends, agents, or third parties. Activity completed through correctly entered account credentials may be treated as authorised unless merah44 determines that a security incident occurred.
Merah44 may request a valid Malaysian identity document, passport, driving licence, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, source-of-funds information, or a selfie verification. Documents must be genuine, legible, and submitted through the designated secure process. Verification is usually reviewed within 24–48 hours, although complex cases may take longer.
A withdrawal, promotion, or account function may remain temporarily restricted while checks are completed. If you suspect unauthorised use, you must change your password immediately and contact merah44 support. Delayed reporting may limit the actions available to secure the account or investigate disputed transactions.
04 Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits must be made using a payment method held in the registered player’s name. Available options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, supported cards, or approved cryptocurrency networks. Availability, minimums, maximums, and processing times may vary.
Deposited funds must be used for genuine gameplay. Merah44 is not a bank, money-transfer service, cryptocurrency exchange, or storage wallet. Deposits made solely to transfer funds through the platform may be rejected or returned, with reasonable processing costs deducted where permitted.
You must verify all payment information before confirming a transaction. Cryptocurrency transfers sent to an incorrect address or through an unsupported network may be irreversible. Bank, card, wallet, blockchain, or currency-conversion fees charged by third parties remain your responsibility unless merah44 expressly states otherwise.
05 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, minimum and maximum limits, bonus conditions, security review, and confirmation that deposited funds have been wagered in accordance with anti-fraud controls. Merah44 may return funds through the same payment route used for the deposit where practicable.
Processing estimates are indicative rather than guaranteed. E-wallet withdrawals may commonly be reviewed in under five minutes, DuitNow or FPX payments may take approximately 5–15 minutes, and bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes after approval. Maintenance, bank delays, payment-partner checks, public holidays, or enhanced verification can extend these periods.
A player must not reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit after using the associated funds. Merah44 may set off confirmed debts, duplicate credits, chargebacks, or incorrectly settled winnings against the account balance where supported by transaction records.
06 Betting and Game Rules
A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by merah44. Players must review selections, odds, handicaps, stake amounts, and potential returns before confirming. Once accepted, a wager normally cannot be cancelled merely because the player changed their mind or entered the wrong selection.
Sports markets are settled using official results and the applicable market rules. An EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, or other event that is postponed, abandoned, rescheduled, or materially altered will be handled under the rules displayed for that market. Obvious pricing, data-entry, or technical errors may be corrected, and affected wagers may be voided at the correct value.
Casino and slot outcomes are determined under the rules of the relevant game. Return to Player percentages describe long-term mathematical performance and do not guarantee a result in any session. Connection failure does not automatically cancel a completed round; the server record will determine whether the game was accepted and settled.
07 Bonuses and Promotions
Each merah44 promotion may include its own eligibility criteria, validity period, wagering requirement, qualifying game contribution, maximum conversion, minimum odds, deposit threshold, and withdrawal limit. Players must read the promotion terms before accepting an offer.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, payment method, or shared environment. 08 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Players must use merah44 honestly and only for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

- Collusion, chip dumping, coordinated betting, match manipulation, or sharing information intended to create an unfair advantage.
- Use of bots, scripts, automated tools, prohibited software, screen scraping, or systems that interfere with normal game operation.
- Exploitation of an obvious error, delayed feed, incorrect odds, duplicate credit, game fault, or technical vulnerability.
- Harassment, threats, abusive language, or discriminatory conduct toward staff, dealers, or other players.
- Attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, copy, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Merah44 may investigate suspected misconduct, preserve relevant records, restrict account functions, void affected wagers, and withhold funds directly connected to proven abuse. Legitimate cleared balances will be handled in accordance with applicable obligations.
09 Responsible Gambling
Merah44 supports gambling as an adult entertainment activity only. Players should set a budget before depositing, avoid using money required for rent or household expenses, take regular breaks, and never chase losses. Deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion may be made available to support safer play.
A self-exclusion request must be respected for the selected period. A player must not attempt to bypass exclusion by creating another account or using another person’s details. Merah44 may close linked accounts where such circumvention is identified.

10 Suspension and Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time. Before closure, all valid wagers must be settled and any remaining eligible balance must pass the usual withdrawal and verification checks. Closing an account does not remove obligations arising from earlier activity.
Merah44 may restrict, suspend, or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, prolonged inactivity, breach of these terms, or protection of the platform and its users. Where appropriate, the player will receive a reason and an opportunity to provide information.
A closed account must not be reopened during an active self-exclusion period. A standard closure request may be reconsidered only after appropriate account and safer-gambling checks.
11 Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The merah44 name, logo, interface, written content, visual design, software, databases, and platform arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access is granted as a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right for lawful entertainment use.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, frame, mirror, modify, or commercially exploit any protected platform material without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the player.
12 Service Availability and Liability
Merah44 aims to provide a stable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, device compatibility, telecommunications failure, payment-network disruption, cyber incidents, power outages, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, merah44 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses arising from platform use, missed betting opportunities, device failure, third-party payment delay, or reliance on informational content. Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Players remain responsible for their wagering decisions and for understanding the risk of loss. Previous results, promotional examples, odds movements, and game statistics do not guarantee future outcomes.
13 Privacy and Records
